Customer Success & Subscription Account Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team in Limerick, where the successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of customer success initiatives as well as exposure to the latest trends and activities within the world of software subscription. This position will be responsible for providing support to the Customer Success and Subscription department within Procad.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Success Support

Responsible for Customer Success across the AutoCAD LT Portfolio.
This involves regular calls to AutoCAD client base, informing customers of new products/ updates/ upcoming webinars/ upcoming events. These calls are scheduled throughout the year and involve various touch points designed to ensure that Procad reach out to our customer base on an ongoing and regular basis.

  • Autodesk Account Management

Contacting new customers by telephone and email to ensure that they have received their software license details. Providing basic support in getting software up and running for end user’s day 1 of the order. Ongoing assistance with assigning out licences to end users and assisting customers with license management, using the Autodesk Account Portal.

  • Customer Adoption Management

Monitoring new customer software adoption. This will require a follow up call day 12 to ensure customer has installed license and is using it. This extends to all orders, including AutoCAD, AEC & PDMC Collections as well as BIM360.

  • AutoCAD LT Subscription Portfolio

Procad have a large AutoCAD LT client base. This aspect of the role involves managing this portfolio and includes the following:
Running Excel reports to download all upcoming AutoCAD renewals on a monthly basis.
Preparing quotations for renewal based on information from the report.
Emailing quotations to customers and calling to follow up.
Regular follow up required to ensure that license is renewed.

  • Customer Communications

Communicate daily with customers – providing updates on orders, responding to queries.
Follow ups on email and telephone for new licenses

  • Marketing Support Activities

Providing assistance for marketing campaigns including Digital Marketing and other activities within the marketing department. Sales calls and Telesales campaigns. Responsible for Flash Sales as they arise from Autodesk.

  • Database Updates

Locating license information from Autodesk system and inputting data into internal database – weekly.

Salary: Negotiable, doe.
