As part of an ever-growing sales and support team, we have an opening for the following position: Customer Success Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team in Limerick, where the successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of customer success initiatives as well as exposure to the latest trends and activities within the world of software subscription. This position will be responsible for providing support to the Customer Success and Subscription department within Procad.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Initial Customer Setup
When new licence is ready, responsible for welcome email and engaging with customer to access their new licence.
Autodesk Account Management
Contacting new customers by telephone and email to ensure that they have received their software licence details. Providing basic support in getting software up and running for end user’s day 1 of the order. Ongoing assistance with assigning out licences to end users and assisting customers with licence management, using the Autodesk Account Portal. This will extend across the full product range.
Customer Success Support
Responsible for Customer Success across the Autodesk Portfolio.
This involves regular calls to AutoCAD client base, informing customers of new products/ updates/ upcoming webinars/ upcoming events. These calls are scheduled throughout the year and involve various touch points designed to ensure that Procad reach out to our customer base on an ongoing and regular basis
Technical Support liaison
This role will require regular contact with the technical support team to follow up and ensure that customers are adopting and using their software.
Communicate daily with customers – providing updates on orders, responding to queries.
Follow ups on email and telephone for new licenses
Acting as a backup to the Customer Success team – this will involve locating license information from Autodesk system and inputting data into internal database – weekly.
