Get Online Licensing Support
For those of you who need to get up and running quickly, you can find general information about Autodesk licensing on our Licensing pages as well as answers to the most common registration and activation questions on our Installation and Licensing page or by visiting our Installation and Licensing Forum.
Request Activation Assistance from Subscription Center
As a Subscription Customer, you can request licensing assistance at any time by logging a case directly from the Product License, Registration and Activation link in Subscription Center.
Use Our One-Step Activation Assistance Web Form
If you are not on Subscription, you will be able to request licensing assistance from our new Licensing Assistance web form, which will prompt you for the information we need in one single step, rather than the several exchanges necessary with email requests. You can also use the form to request a report that shows all of the licenses you own.
